The development of a website on Swedish research is a national matter that requires the broad support of all those involved in research in Sweden. News presented on the Forskning.se website is supplied by universities and colleges, research sponsors, research authorities, research institutions and academies. Research-based fact links are supplied by museums, science centres, the popular scientific press and public service companies. R&D operators in Sweden is a database that contains information on organisations active within the Swedish R&D system that are at least partly publicly owned, or financed with public funds, and are not run for profit.

From our publishing policy
Information presented on the Forskning.se website must be based on the results of research and scientifically based knowledge. The information shall, as far as possible, be presented in non-technical terminology.
Target groups
Forskning.se is intended for anyone who wishes to find out about research. Priority groups are upper secondary school pupils, teachers, university and college students, journalists and knowledge-intensive organisations.

The editorial staff are responsible for ensuring that links given on the Forskning.se website go to “approved" sites, according to policy. Each linked site is responsible for the content of its website and choice of further links from it.
